How Do I Get the Extra Items I Pledged For?

Hello Backers,
We want to make the survey process as easy as possible, so will try to update you on all the questions that may apply to many or all of you. (Also see Q&A on BackerKit)
Here is one we received this morning, we hope this explanation is helpful:
Question: On the survey, there is no place for me to add that I pledged for early bird gloves along with my Base Pro Top and/or Pant... How can I add this information?
Answer: After you choose the size for your initial pledge, it will still show that you still have a "credit" for the extra amount you paid on KS, you will then go to "add ons" and choose the extra items that you pledged for, this will use the remaining "credit" that was shown.
You may also add any extra items that you would like that were not available on the KS, or additional Base Pro & Glove Pro and pay for them through BackerKit.

Pants Sizing

Hello Backers,
We have had some questions on the sizing of the Pants, because they are not listed as a specific number size (32, 34, 36 etc.) but are listed as S, M, L, etc, the fit has a bigger range being a stretchy fit.
Here are examples of the sizing, which will still be more of a preference on how tight each person will want them to fit. The Large fits a 34 waist comfortable, the XL fits a 36 waist comfortable, however if someone wanted a tighter fit on the pants they could go down one size and they would still fit, but be snug.
We hope this is helpful, we will work on updating our sizing chart as quickly as we can get it changed and re-posted.

BackerKit surveys are coming!
On Monday December 4th, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://fortress-basepro-and-glovepro.backerkit.com
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://fortress-basepro-and-glovepro.backerkit.com/faq

Next Steps:
Thank you for making our project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.
Here's a quick rundown:
First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to process the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).
Second, we have to find out and where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.
We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact us.
