Hello Backers,
We are very happy to announce that the Glove Pro arrived here on Wednesday this week and we completed shipping to all of you on Thursday! (There are still a few who have not submitted surveys, so please submit your survey if you have not received your product or a tracking number showing that it has shipped)
Please feel free to reach out and let us know if you have any questions or if you did not receive a tracking number, as always we are more than happy to help.
Thank you again for you amazing support and feedback on this project, it has been a great learning curve for us and has given us the opportunity for better customer service and learning how to make products that fit the needs of a wider range of cold weather customers.

Hello Backers,
Thank you for your superb feedback so far, for your great questions and your amazing support!
We have had many backers asking about the Glove Pro, when it will be shipped and why they did not receive theirs along with their Base Pro. As a quick reminder, we estimated a delivery of the Glove Pro in January 2018, we are excited to say that so far there have been no significant delays on this and we are still looking forward to the delivery here later this month. We will update on any changes that may come up, and will begin shipping the Glove Pro just as soon as it arrives!
We are excited that we were able to get all pledge gifts of the Base Pro out to you before Christmas. (Those that submitted their survey before the deadline)
We will continue shipping all other pledge gifts as the missing surveys come in, as well as working on exchanges as they come to us.

Shipping Has Begun!! (Delay on 2XL Pants)

Hello Backers,
We wanted to let you know that we were not shipped all of the 2XL Pants, the second shipment is on the way.
Shipping of all other items (Other Than Gloves) has begun and we wanted those of you who ordered tops or other sized pants with your 2XL pant to get something before Christmas, so we are sending on your Tops and/or other pants sizes this week and will send your 2XL pants in another shipment.
Again, this is ONLY 2XL PANTS, we are working on shipping all other Tops and Pants this week.
REMINDER: You should receive an email at the email address you used on your Kickstarter with the tracking number once your order ships. International backers, please track your packages carefully, if they get delayed in any place longer than 3-4 days please check with your local post office and/or customs office to see why your package is being held.

Thank you all again for being so responsive to answering our BackerKit survey—even though it may not seem like much as an individual backer, you have no idea how tremendously helpful this has been for us when trying to keep track of all 258 of you!
THE LAST DAY TO MAKE FINAL UPDATES TO YOUR ORDER IS SUNDAY 12/10/17. On Monday 12/11/17 we will lock your reward selections and addresses for shipping, we will charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders.
If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the 12/10/17 order due date, we will still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.

Heads Up - Charging Credit Cards for BackerKit Orders
Just to confirm that this means that we plan to charge cards for all add-on items you purchased or any additional funds you may owe through BackerKit on Monday 12/11/17 as well. Make sure that you have the correct card information on file. If any issues arise with your payment you’ll receive an email letting your know to correct your payment information.
